These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Knucklehead Wines website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from Knucklehead Wines.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We require your date of birth during checkout and may take reasonable steps to verify your age.

Alcohol must not be purchased for, supplied to or accepted by anyone under 18 years of age.

No Alcohol can be sold or supplied to anyone under 18. It’s against the law.

Knucklehead Wines operates under NSW Liquor Licence No. LIQP770018011.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where we are unable to fulfil the order, there has been an error in pricing or product information, payment cannot be processed, or we have reasonable grounds to believe the purchase or supply of alcohol would breach applicable liquor laws.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

Wine Availability & Vintages

Our wines are produced in limited quantities and availability may change without notice.

While we make every effort to keep product information and vintages on our website current, occasionally a particular wine or vintage may become unavailable.

If we're unable to supply something you've ordered, we'll contact you to discuss the available options or provide a refund for the unavailable item.

Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, Knucklehead Wines may offer promotions, special offers or discount codes.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers and are subject to any conditions communicated with the promotion.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect orders already accepted under that promotion.

Shipping & Delivery

Knucklehead Wines ships Australia-wide.

Our shipping charges, dispatch practices and information about damaged or missing deliveries are set out in our separate Shipping & Returns policy.

You must provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, our courier and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Alcohol will not knowingly be supplied or delivered to anyone under 18 years of age.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because you change your mind.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website Information

We take reasonable care to ensure the information on our website, including wine descriptions, pricing and availability, is accurate and current.

Occasionally errors or omissions may occur. Where we discover an error that affects an order, we'll contact you as soon as reasonably possible to resolve it.

Images are provided for illustrative purposes and packaging, labels, vintages or other product details may occasionally differ from those pictured.

Responsible Supply of Alcohol

Knucklehead Wines supports the responsible consumption and supply of alcohol.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe completing the sale or supply would breach our obligations under applicable liquor laws.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or legal obligations.

The Terms & Conditions applying to an order are those published on our website at the time the order is placed.
